Job Description:
• Preparation and supervision of meals for hotel guests
• Ensuring high quality and appealing presentation of prepared dishes
• Participating in menu development and ingredient selection
• Procuring, receiving, and adequately storing ingredients in compliance with regulations
• Organizing and supervising kitchen support staff
• Maintaining cleanliness hygiene, and ensuring proper functioning of kitchen equipment and tools
Requirements:
• High school diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
• Experience working in hotel or restaurant kitchens
• Basic knowledge of English
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Independence in work, with a high level of organization and responsibility
• A professional and proactive approach to work
